Wanted to take a moment to thank your entire team on a very well executed Merit Foods Project. Your site team and office combined to resolve problems efficiently and piece together some significant scope gaps in a fast paced intricate project. I speak for Bird and Merit in commending the efforts of Mitch on site for his work ethic, ability to highlight upcoming challenges/constraints, leadership of your own forces, positive attitude towards safety, production and trade coordination. He will no doubt have a bright future working for Sperling.

Again I have promoted your company to our estimating team and management for any upcoming work that we may be successful in winning together. We thank you, David, Mitch and the supporting cast for the added effort especially these past few weeks coming in to support resolution to the problems not even of your own creation. We do appreciate good trades like yourselves on these challenging projects and we hope to find ourselves working with Sperling should Merit elect to expand this plant in the future.

We really appreciate your efforts in managing some of these on site issues. Your quick submittals to Bird on these NCR's complete with the tracking sheet is exactly what Bird looks for in a subcontractor. The team on site is on task and communicates your work plans effectively with an effort to maintain the schedule. Please take this email as a true compliment in you and your teams management of this challenging project. We do not perform a ton of millwrighting annually but I would recommend Sperling for any unique work Bird performs in the future.
