 The
Bi-Fold Door System
An economical solution to the needs of small commercial
air carriers, aircraft maintenance organizations, flight
training centres, private hangars, farm equipment storage
buildings (insulated or uninsulated). All doors wider
than 28 ft, are fitted with heavy duty electric operators
and controls. Bi-Fold Doors are an attractive alternative
to the troublesome overhead mono-rail sliding door system.

The
Over-Head Door System
Our overhead door is ideal for private hangars, agricultural
or industrial use. It is designed with economy in
mind and is avaliable in all sizes up to 40' x 12'
high. The counter-balanced design makes it easy to
operate and ensures years of trouble free service
with few adjustments. The chain operated opener makes
it easy for virtually any person to open/close the
door. Because the door is chain operated, it is economical
and can be installed without the need for electrical
services. The door can be insulated, and is ideal
for the do-it-yourselfer, available in an easy to
assemble/install door kit.
 Commercial
Stacking Doors
With virtually no size limitations these commercial
stacking (bottom rolling) doors from Sperling are
ideal for any aircraft hangar or maintenance facility,
including those for the largest aircraft built today.
They are also in great demand for commercial buildings
and manufacturing plants which require exceptionally
large openings.
Depending on the building layout and width of opening
required, Sperling's "Commercial Stacking Doors"
are availiable in a variety of opening configurations.
The leafing or stacking system allows the panels to
all open to one side or from the center out to both
sides. A small over-head or roll-up door can be installed
above the center panels of bi-parting doors to accommadate
the tail section of larger aircraft or similar applications.
 The
panels are availiable with a variety of insulation
packages, windows and walk-in service doors. to help
reduce winter heat loss, one panel/leaf can be opened
to bring in a service truck, etc. In the case of a
power failure, doors can be opened manually, by simply
disconnecting the drive.
